Most people with pain (acute or chronic) have neuro muscular movement imbalances that can be addressed through exercise. The activities however need to be balanced in such a way that they restore a balance in function and movement.

Our approach contains focus on strengthening.  We find more mobility through strengthening the correct areas of your body.  

Stretching\Yoga are also incorporated as a supportive role in your program.
